just came back from having another farewell dinner for xiaoqin, one of our colleagues in china food lab.
we went to outram market to eat..wah! ate alot man! and its my 2nd time going there to eat~this is xiaoqin.. just happened to take a pic of her.. lolx... unknowingly..
after ordering for about 6 dishes.. we all waited and waited and wait..... for abt an HOUR!!! for tTHIS!!! if addy didnt pay for the claypot rice..(they said its really nice! and it is! and also nice smelling! worth for waiting that long BUT its really long!!!!!! because we waited till we were all FULL already! and wanted.. to sleeeeppp le.. lolx)
i was so shocked to see SUCH a BIG clay pot rice!!!! (oh yea~ while waiting we also saw yoke khum and her bf. keke~)

addy gave me TWO BIG PORTION of the rice! made me really 150% bloated!!! argh! like this will not grow fat is one NO WAY! haha. so after having our dinner.. we went to chinatown to walk walk..
tell you all one thing...
this is my very FIRST time walking along chinatown during CNY season!!!! cant believe ba! i told lai leng they all, they were shocked! lolx. yep yep.. its true..so many years of my life in singapore i NEVER once went to chinatown to shop during CNY! i looked like a 'sua ku' when i walked around. lolx.. but of course, as i walked down.. i felt that its like malaysia~ cos this kinda of all stalls is very common.. but not CNY season ba.. i guess~
saw some interesting words while xiaoqin was buying some goodies back to china..
funny right? lolx. so cute seh~ lolx
also walked till the end le.. i saw this BIG 'mao bi'
that ends our dinner journey..
wah seh~i really wanna to slim down before CNY! i can slim down de! jia you!
yesterday have a heavy lunch.. because we have farewell for xiaoqin and welcome li ling to our lab this month~.. we went to pasir panjang area there to eat..which was near my boss's house.. and AGAIN we ate alot nice food! esp the oat shrimps! which was really nice! and not oily! and everyone of us kept on compliment that dish~ lolx. worst still boss suggested if wanted to order extra one more dish of oat shrimps where we were very full le.
that place we ate both lai leng and i felt so "malaysia" because of the settings of the shop and location of the shop, plus the malaysian car, motorcycles, big trees.. its SO MALAYSIA~ kinda feel of relaxation.. and we also saw a very BIG MANGO tree! with FULL of mangos!!!
oh yea~ i forgot to put in the "drama" story of mine that happened to me last sunday~ though its very 'diu lian' (no face) but...still wanna say~ lolx. i just couldnt never expect such a stupid act was done by myself~! *shake head..
the drama script here it goes...
during last sunday, when it was near noon time.. i was preparing myself to go for BHI lesson.. and when i was about to go out.. i noticed that my keys werent in my bag.. and so i searched for it.. my bed.. under my bed.. my messy table... searching thru places that i last placed.... again.. searched for 3 times!!!
and sudden thought that i might have thrown into my keys into my rubbish bag earlier in the day.. because i remembered that when i threw it to the bin, i found it so weird that why my rubbish so heavy.. but i didnt bother to take a look again.. and so.. i went back to check the rubbish bin~ and its EMPTY!!!!! ah gong just threw all the rubbish to the rubbish dump!
oh man.. initially i didnt want to believe that i went down to the MAIN RUBBISH DUMP to FIND or a more awful name "DIG" for my keys! and ah gong brought me down to that place.. and when i found it.. ah gong laughed at me.. so paiseh.. once i got my keys.. i immediately go back home.. and felt so stupid of me.. lolx..paiseh seh~
anyway..Val's gift that i have presented to her today ~ lolx.
